Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing Pillarwise, submitting an order, or continuing to a hosted checkout, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. What Pillarwise provides

Pillarwise provides free BaZi calculation tools and paid digital reports intended for self-reflection. Paid Monthly Strategy products are currently one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. Some tiers may include Human Review, in which a reviewer checks the report and may respond to the question submitted with the order.

The exact product, price, currency, included features, and any estimated delivery timing are shown before checkout. An estimate is not a guaranteed delivery deadline.

3. Reflection tool, not professional advice

Pillarwise does not provide medical, legal, tax, investment, psychological, employment, safety, or crisis advice. Reports do not predict the future or guarantee any result. Do not use the service as the sole basis for a high-impact decision. Seek a qualified professional when a decision requires professional judgment.

4. Your information and order

You are responsible for entering an accurate email address, birth information, time zone, location, and decision context. A report can only reflect the information supplied. If you notice an input error, contact support promptly. Correction or regeneration options are described in our Refund Policy.

You confirm that you have the right to submit the information and questions you provide. Do not submit another person’s sensitive information without their permission.

5. Prices, taxes, and payment

Payment is completed on a hosted checkout operated by a payment provider or merchant-of-record partner. That partner may collect payment details, calculate applicable taxes, issue the receipt, appear on a card or bank statement, and process refunds. Pillarwise does not receive or store your full payment-card number.

The final amount and currency displayed at checkout control. An order is paid only after Pillarwise receives a valid payment confirmation from the payment provider. A checkout redirect or return page alone is not proof of payment.

6. Digital delivery and access

Paid reports are delivered digitally, usually through a private access link sent to the order email address. You are responsible for keeping that link and your email account secure. Do not publish or share a private report link. Contact support if you believe a link has been exposed.

Delivery may be delayed by payment review, report validation, Human Review, email delivery failures, maintenance, or events outside our reasonable control. We will not knowingly mark an order delivered solely because checkout completed.

7. Human Review

Where purchased, Human Review is a quality and clarity review of the report within the stated product scope. It is not live consulting or professional advice. Abusive, unlawful, unsafe, or out-of-scope requests may be declined. A revised or reviewed report remains a reflective digital product and does not promise an outcome.

8. Refunds and corrections

Refund eligibility, correction handling, and the request window are set out in the Refund Policy. Unless a more favorable mandatory consumer rule applies, refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment channel.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use Pillarwise to break the law, harm or harass another person, probe private routes, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, scrape at unreasonable scale, reverse engineer protected service components, introduce malicious code, or resell a report as professional advice. You may not impersonate another person or use payment information without authorization.

10. Intellectual property and personal license

Pillarwise and its service design, software, brand, methodology presentation, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. After payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and retain your report for your own non-commercial purposes. You retain rights in the information you submit and allow us to process it only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we process, why we process it, and how to request access or deletion. Payment providers also process information under their own terms and privacy notices shown during checkout.

12. Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Material changes that affect a paid order will not remove refund or consumer rights that already apply to that order.

13. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pillarwise is provided on an “as available” basis without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Pillarwise is not responsible for decisions made from a reading or for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

14. Suspension and termination

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful conduct, or a material breach of these terms. Any restriction does not eliminate refund, delivery, or mandatory consumer rights attached to a valid paid order.

15. Updates and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
